The present invention relates to a solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof. A solar cell module according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first solar cell and a second solar cell which include first electrodes and second electrodes which are formed on the backside of a semiconductor substrate and are parallel to each other, a first sub electrode which is connected to the first electrodes, and a second sub electrode connected to the second electrodes; and an inter-connector which electrically connects the first solar cell and the second solar cell. Also, a method of manufacturing a solar cell module according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a cell forming step of forming a first sub electrode and a second sub electrode on the backside of a semiconductor substrate which has first electrodes and second electrodes in parallel and forming a first solar cell and a second solar cell; a cell string forming step of connecting the first sub electrode of the first solar cell and the second sub electrode of the second solar cell to the inter-connector; a step of arranging a cell string on a glass substrate; and a step of arranging a backside sheet on the cell string.
