The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling battery charge on an electronic device. The electronic device can measure the voltage of a battery cell using a feedback line when power is applied, and include at least one charging module which performs charging based on the measured voltage. Also, the apparatus for controlling battery charging on an electronic device and a method thereof can be realized through various embodiments of the present invention.
