ACRYLONITRILE-BUTADIEN-STYLENE BASED COPOLYMER AND THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPRISING THEREOF

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an acrylonitrile-butadien-stylene based graft copolymer, comprising an adding step when a linear fatty alcohol is polymerized and accordingly hardly decreasing other properties of acrylonitrile-butadien-stylene based thermoplastic resin while improving impact strength of the resin, a acrylonitrile-butadien-stylene based graft copolymer manufactured by the method and a thermoplastic resin including the same. The acrylonitrile-butadien-stylene based graft copolymer in the present invention is made by adding fatty alcohol before polymerization reaction is made, thereby permeating the surface of diene-based rubber latex which is rubber seeds and producing grafts having a high rate of monomers on the surface. In addition, the acrylonitrile-butadien-stylene based graft copolymer is allowed to increase reaction speed and to decrease cross reaction or branches, thereby increasing impact strength of the acrylonitrile-butadien-stylene based thermoplastic resin including the copolymer of the present invention.
