The present invention enables spreading a chemical solution, such as a fragrance, evenly throughout the entirety of a space. An air freshener (10) is provided with: an air nozzle (51) for spraying air in a diagonally upward direction; an air supply apparatus (53) for supplying said air to the air nozzle (51); and a chemical solution nozzle (55) positioned to face a direction almost perpendicular to the spraying direction of the air sprayed out from the air nozzle (51). With the spraying of air from the air nozzle (51), a chemical solution is discharged from the discharge opening of the chemical solution nozzle (55). The discharged chemical solution collides with the air sprayed from the air nozzle (51) and forms a mist. This mist is transported over a great distance by said air, and floats in the air for a long period of time. |
