摘要 The present invention relates to a system and a method for judging poor slanting movement in a secondary battery and, specifically, to a technology capable of accurately determining poor slanting movement when winding an anode electrode and a cathode electrode of a secondary battery. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for judging poor slanting movement in a secondary battery determines whether poor slanting movement between the anode electrode and the cathode electrode is detected when winding a sheet-like anode electrode, which is wound from an anode electrode supply roll, together with a sheet-like cathode electrode, which is wound from a cathode electrode supply roll. The present invention comprises: a first detection unit for detecting a movement location of the anode electrode when winding; a second detection unit for detecting a movement location of the cathode electrode when winding; and a control unit for determining whether the slanting movement of the anode electrode and the cathode electrode is poor depending on the movement locations of the anode electrode and the cathode electrode.
