<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable necessary information processing to be easily performed by using an input sheet. <P>SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an input sheet system comprises: input sheet reading means for reading a first image of an input sheet in which a plurality of activity icons indicative of work content are recorded; relevance determination means for determining relevance between the activity icons on the basis of the first image; entry information determination means for determining entry information entered in the input sheet on the basis of the first image; and workflow creation means for creating a workflow script according to work content corresponding to each activity icon, on the basis of the relevance of the activity icons determined by the relevance determination means and the entry information determined by the entry information determination means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
