PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device having a simple structure.SOLUTION: An input device 100 includes; an operating unit 1 which allows users to perform input operation by bringing an operating object into contact with or close to an upper surface thereof, is supported to allow downward movement when depressed by the operating object, and is tabularly formed; an input sensing unit 2 which senses input operation on the operating unit 1; a depression sensing unit 10 which senses downward movement of the operating unit 1 from a reference position; a drive member 3 which is located below the operating unit 1 to vertically drive the operating unit 1; and a case member 5 for holding the drive member 3. The drive member 3 is positioned at the center of the operating unit 1 in planar view, and is a solenoid actuator having a columnar plunger 3a which can be driven up and down and is configured such that an upper end of the plunger 3a is positioned to be in contact with a bottom surface of the operating unit 1 and that the plunger 3a is pressed downward by the operating unit 1 when the operating unit 1 moves down. |
