<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored curable composition which provides a good skirt-like part in a short wavelength absorption region and has heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A colored curable composition comprises (A) a cyanine dye or a squarylium dye which shows an absorption maximum of 720 nm or more in methanol, (B) an alkali-soluble polymer which has a carboxylic acid, sulfonic acid or phosphoric acid value of 150 mgKOH/g or less, and (C) a polymerizable compound.
