<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model animal whose seriousness of heart failure can be simply visualized or quantified in a low invasive manner over time, and to provide a method to correctly and simply evaluate the seriousness of the model animal's heart failure in a low invasive manner over time.SOLUTION: There is provided a transgenic non-human animal to which an expression control gene region for genes coded with ANP and/or BNP introduced in heart failure, as well as base sequences containing reporter genes are adopted.</p> |
