<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage data.SOLUTION: An on-board side device 2 constitutes an information communication system loaded on a railway vehicle. The on-board side device 2 includes an antenna 8 which is connected to a portable cellular phone line 3 being an external fixed communication line via radio and functions as mobile communication means, an automatic oscillation measuring instrument 11, and the like. The automatic oscillation measuring instrument 11 includes oscillation degree discrimination means 14 which sequentially discriminates whether or not a value indicating the degree of oscillation of the railway vehicle acquired by an acceleration sensor unit 12 loaded on the railway vehicle exceeds a prescribed threshold, and communication control means 15 which transmits the value as a vibration extremely-large value to the portable cellular phone line 3 via the antenna 8 when the oscillation degree discrimination means 14 discriminates that the value indicating the degree of the oscillation of the railway vehicle acquired by the acceleration sensor unit 12 exceeds the prescribed threshold.</p> |
