<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a tapered shape of relatively short line length having high coupling characteristics, as the tapered shape of a taper line.SOLUTION: An arithmetic processing section 16 assigns taper sections of linear taper shape, having an individual taper inclination, for a taper line 30 sequentially in the electromagnetic wave propagation direction, and constitutes a polygonal taper shape. The arithmetic processing section 16 calculates a taper shape where the rate of change of the characteristic impedance goes below a certain reference rate of change, for each taper section.</p> |
