<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately detect a position deviation between two images to be consecutively acquired, while reducing a load of computation processing.SOLUTION: An image processing device according to the present invention comprises: an image reception part that receives a first image and a second image; a setting part that sets a plurality of sample points for obtaining an amount of position deviation between the first image and the second image; an evaluation part that repeatedly executes an evaluation of a degree of coincidence of the positions between the first image and second image subjected to a coordinate conversion, while changing an amount of conversion by the coordinate conversion and narrowing down the sample points; and a computation part that obtains an amount of position deviation between the first image and the second image on the basis of the results of repeatedly executed evaluations.</p> |
