<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis chip that is used in a surface plasmon resonance fluorescence analysis method and allows an irradiation spot of excitation light to be stored in a region corresponding to a reaction field even when the incident angle of the excitation light is varied.SOLUTION: The analysis chip is made of a dielectric body of a refractive index of 1.51-1.63, and includes a prism having an incidence plane and deposition plane and a metal film disposed on the deposition plane. The angleθof the incidence plane to the deposition plane is 60° or more and less than 90°.</p> |
