<p>The invention provides a lubrication composite, a metal plate coated with the lubrication composite, and a manufacturing method for the metal plate coated with the lubrication composite, overcoming unfavorable conditions in production activities such as problems of heterogeneity leading-in and tubing blocking caused by sedimentation of particles in the lubrication composite and floating of the particles. The lubrication composite contains more than two types of thermoplastic compounds (A) which have melting points in a temperature area of 35-100 DEG C, and powder (B) which is in solid-state in the temperature area. The thermoplastic compounds (A) contain thermoplastic compound (A1) and thermoplastic compound (A2). The thermoplastic compound (A1) and the thermoplastic compound (A2) are dissolved to each other in the temperature area (T1), and are separated in a temperature area (T2) which is lower than temperature of the temperature area (T1). Density (dA1) of the thermoplastic compound (A1) in the temperature area (T2), the density (dA2) of the thermoplastic compound (A2), and the density (dB) of the powder (B) satisfy relation of dA1<dB< dA2.</p> |
