<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel bar clip, a closed type steel bar using the same and a manufacturing method of the closed type steel bar using the same in which a work burden on the job site can be reduced and a steel bar strength or the like can be maintained. <P>SOLUTION: Stirrups 11 are disposed in one line at predetermined intervals while being bent in a rectangular shape or U shape. A main bar 12 is inserted inside each corner of each stirrup 11, and the main bar 12 is fixed (connected) to the stirrup 11 by a steel bar clip 13. In the steel bar clip 13, an expansion part 134 is provided at least on one side and no protruding part is included on the other side.
