<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of causing the situation of supplying an unnecessary quantity of powder when the powder push-sent by a blade body overflows from a weighing groove of a supply board, and to the contrary, of being unable to supply a necessary quantity of powder in the case of the powder of being difficult to enter the weighing groove of the supply board, when sending the powder from a storage vessel to the supply board. <P>SOLUTION: This fixed quantity feeder device of the powder includes a carrying system for carrying the powder by a fixed quantity from the storage vessel and dropping-discharging the powder from a discharge chute by sending it to the supply board, under the storage vessel to which the power is input. An agitating blade of the fixed quantity feeder device of the powder sends the fixed quantity of powder provided under the storage vessel to the supply board while rotating and prevents a bridge and sticking of the powder by agitating the inside of the storage vessel.
