The present invention provides an extinction dye of an anthraquinone structure, wherein the extinction dye has a broad and high absorption spectrum in a visible ray and near-infrared wavelength region and shows high stability and excellent solubility under aqueous conditions. An extinction dye composition including the anthraquinone compound according to the present invention as an active ingredient easily labels a biomolecule and a biomolecule manipulated in an aqueous buffer, and can thus be broadly used to observe the movement of biomolecules in the optical molecular imaging field. |
