REGENERATED CELLULOSE FILM, FUNCTIONAL FILM AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

The present invention relates to a regenerated cellulose film, a functional film and preparation methods therefor. The method mainly comprises the following steps: (1) shaping cellulose/ionic liquid solution by die extruding, calendering or casting; (2) introducing the shaped solution into coagulation bath to form cellulose gel membrane; (3) stretching the cellulose gel membrane in transverse and longitudinal direction for at least one time during coagulating and washing; (4) further applying transverse and longitudinal tension to the stretched film during drying, and finally, obtaining a regenerated cellulose membrane after rolling. Organic and/or inorganic functional additives may be added to the cellulose/ionic liquid solution, and a functional regenerated cellulose membrane is obtained by the described method. The regenerated cellulose membrane and functional membrane obtained by the described method have a balanced, relatively high longitudinal and transverse tensile strength, and have good flatness simultaneously.
