The present invention relates to a bit plane-based watermarking inserting method comprising the steps of: dividing an inputted image into RGB channels and separating bit planes for the divided RGB channels into bit plane data of predetermined bits; making the separated bit plane data into a block of a predetermined pixel size; and outputting data generated by inserting a particular watermark in a block of particular bit plane data by using a particular key.
