The present invention relates to a power supply circuit including: a rectifier circuit, resistance for current restriction connected to an output terminal of a cathode side of a rectifier circuit in series, and a rapid starting module. The rapid starting module includes three terminals. A first terminal is connected to the output terminal of the cathode side of the rectifier circuit of resistance for current restriction, and a second terminal is connected to a terminal of a load side of resistance for current restriction. Based on a voltage between a first terminal and a third terminal, a control terminal, the device includes a switching device to pass and block between a first terminal and a second terminal; charging resistance whose one terminal is connected to a third terminal of a switching device; a condenser whose one terminal is connected to the other terminal of charging resistance and whose other ending is connected to ground; and bias resistance whose both terminals are connected to a first terminal of a switching device and a third terminal, respectively. |
