PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of surely disconnecting transmission of a rotational drive force by an idling torque.SOLUTION: In a printer 1, a moving gear 91 can move: to a transmission position at which, when a motor 71 generates a rotational drive force in one direction and an electromagnetic clutch 97 is rotating, the moving gear 91 engages with a rotation variable gear 96 and a coupling gear 92, does not contact to a lock member 101, and is allowed to rotate; and to a regulation position at which, when the motor 71 generates the rotational drive force in the another direction, the electromagnetic clutch 97 is idling and rotation of an idling gear 95 is transmitted to the rotation variable gear 96 by an idling torque of the electromagnetic clutch 97, the moving gear 91 engages with the rotation variable gear 96 and the coupling gear 92, contacts to the lock member 101, and is regulated in its rotation. |
