PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hall sensor device improved on the basis of the prior art.SOLUTION: In a hall sensor device of the present invention, four individual hall elements of each hall sensor on a semiconductor body each includes three terminal contacts arranged in series and are connected as a series circuit in which a central terminal contact is arranged between two external terminal contact so as to be directly connected to these contacts and each of the external terminal contacts is connected in common. According to the present invention, the central terminal contact of one hall element of a first hall sensor is connected to the central terminal contact of one hall element of a second hall sensor, one hall contact is arranged for each of the central terminal contacts, the first hall sensor and second hall sensor are connected in parallel depending on whether a feeding voltage can be applied to the hall contact or a hall voltage can be extracted at the hall contact. |
