PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic state management system capable of reducing or eliminating a work load on a system administrator.SOLUTION: A dynamic state management system comprises: a plurality of antennas arranged on a room ceiling at a predetermined interval; a plurality of illuminations associated with the antennas; a portable terminal held by a user, and comprising mode switching means that can switch to any one mode of a first mode for instructing of turn-on and turn-off of the illuminations and a second mode for instructing of mapping or unmapping a communication target antenna, input means for inputting instruction contents of any one of turn-on, turn-off of the illuminations, mapping, and unmapping, and transmission means transmitting the instruction contents and an identification signal stored therein when the instruction contents are inputted; reading means for reading the instruction contents and the identification signal; authentication means performing authentication by comparing the identification signal read out by the reading means and the preliminarily stored identification signal with each other; and control means, when the authentication is successful, controlling the illuminations to any one of turn-on, turn-off, mapping, and unmapping of the communication target antenna, on the basis of the instruction contents. |
