PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery unit cell with a separator which is improved in the bonding between a fuel battery unit cell and a separator and the reliability for sealing; and a fuel battery stack.SOLUTION: A fuel battery unit cell with a separator comprises: a fuel battery unit cell; a plate-like metal separator having through-holes; and a bonding portion serving to bond the fuel battery unit cell and the metal separator to each other and including a silver-containing brazing filler metal. The bonding portion includes: a protruding portion protruding from between the fuel battery unit cell and a first principal face of the metal separator on a through-hole side, disposed below a second principal face of the metal separator with respect to the fuel battery unit cell, and extending along the through-holes of the metal separator over the entire periphery thereof; and an encapsulating portion covering the protruding portion and part of the second principal face, and including a sealant containing glass. |
