PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a metal composite by which fellow metal materials or a metal material and another structural member are compounded via a resin cured layer and by which processability of the metal material to a complicated shape and complexation in a short period of time can be easily attained and further the metal composite having excellent adhesive strength can be produced.SOLUTION: The method for producing the metal composite having the metal material and the resin cured layer provided along the metal material comprises: a first-1 step for semicuring a thermosetting resin by heating a sheet-shaped substrate containing a specific thermosetting resin; a first-2 step for preheating the metal material so that its surface temperature becomes >180°C and ≤400°C; and a second step for arranging the sheet-shaped substrate subjected to the first-1 step and the metal material preheated at the first-2 step in a molding mold having the surface temperature of ≤180°C so as to come in contact with each other or laminating them and then pressurizing them to mold the metal composite. |
