<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking reservation system and the like which enable a user to reserve a parking place even when the parking place is full. <P>SOLUTION: When a parking place reservation device 10 receives specification of a destination from a user, in response to this, the device 10 determines a parking place in the vicinity of the destination, and inquires of a parking place management server 200 whether the determined parking place is full at the user arrival time. In response to this, the parking place management server 200 determines whether the parking place is full at the user arrival time or not, and when the server 200 determines that the parking place is full at the time, the server 200 transmits leaving parking request data, which requests to leave the parking place, to a parking user terminal 20, a transfer staff terminal 30, and a use applicant terminal 40 which are communicatively interconnected.
