<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella type spiral water turbine capable of efficiently obtaining rotational force from flowing water in the whole water turbine while installed in a vertical manner and compactifying its installation area.SOLUTION: An umbrella type spiral water turbine includes a conical rotational trunk 11, and a plurality of rotational blades 12 provided into a spiral shape on the outer peripheral surface of the rotational trunk 11. The rotational blades 12 extend horizontally outward from the outer peripheral surface of the rotational trunk 11, and their inclination angles are made gradually smaller from upward toward downward. The outer edge of the rotational blade 12 is preferably provided with a guide wall 13 erected toward upward. The water turbine installs a rotational shaft in a vertical manner so as to face the apex of the rotational trunk 11 upward, and receives flowing water pressure falling from upward to rotate.</p> |
