<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine and cope with an abnormality that is a precursor of a failure by testing and driving a motor-operated valve at a periodic inspection and the like.SOLUTION: When a pre-action valve control board 34 determines detection of pressure reduction by fire detection and sprinkler actuation, it carries out opening control of an actuation motor-operated valve 42 and opens a pre-action valve 40. When the pre-action valve control board 34 detects reception of inspection operation, it activates the actuation motor-operated valve 42, operates the motor-operated valve between a closed position and an opening position, and measures an operation time. If the measured operation time is long, if a difference between the operation time and the previous operation time is large, or if a difference between an opening operation time and a closing operation time is large, the pre-action valve control board determines an abnormality of the motor-operated valve and outputs the determination result.</p> |
