a first material, wherein said first material comprises an elongated microstructure of less than about 2 microns in thickness, with an aspect ratio of about 10 to about 100; and a second material, wherein the second material comprises a shell around said first material, wherein said shell is about 0.1 micron to about 35 micron in thickness.
