A method for manufacturing a unit cell of a direct carbon fuel cell comprising a cylindrical fuel electrode supporter, according to one embodiment of the technical idea of the present invention, comprises the steps of: forming a cylindrical fuel electrode supporter; forming a fuel electrode, an electrolytic layer, and an air electrode on the inside of the fuel electrode supporter; forming an internal current collector on the inside of the air electrode; forming an alumina tube on the inside of the internal current collector; and forming an external current collector on the fuel electrode supporter, wherein the fuel electrode is made of a nickel paste, and the air electrode is made of LSCo paste.
