This air-blowing device is equipped with: an axial flow-type blower fan (3) that is disposed on the airflow downstream side of a heat exchanger (1) and supplies air to the heat exchanger (1); and a shroud (2) that forms an air path from the heat exchanger (1) to the blower fan (3). At least one of the sides of the perimeter of a radiator (1) is arranged so as to overlap with the radial-direction outermost peripheral portion of the blower fan (3) when viewed from the flowing direction of the air. The shroud (2) has an air-guiding section (24) that is disposed on a surface of a connection section (22) facing the heat exchanger (1) at a position where the connection section (22) and a ring section (21) connect to each other and is concentrically formed about the rotation axis of the blower fan (3). Portions of the air-guiding section (24) project outward beyond the perimeter (220) of the connection section (22) in the radial direction of the blower fan (3). A protrusion (26) protruding toward the airflow upstream side is disposed on the connection section (22) at the border between the air-guiding section (24) and a portion other than the air-guiding section (24).
