<p>The present invention provides an in-mold molding method in which a decorative film can be integrally adhered to the surface of a molded article during injection molding without wrinkling or breaking. The in-mold molding method according to the present invention provides a molded article in which wrinkles in a surface decorative layer are suppressed by: installing a decorative film, which is placed between a female mold and a male mold, so as to be adhered to the inner wall surface of the female mold (1) by vacuum suction, and then closing the mold; filling the cavity with a molten resin while applying tension to the decorative film by fitting together a groove and a protrusion respectively disposed in the outer peripheral areas of the female mold and the male mold; and opening the mold slightly during filling so that wrinkles formed in the decorative film are gathered on the side towards which the molten resin is flowing and the wrinkles are pressed into the gap between the groove and the protrusion from the peripheral wall surface of the female mold by the flow of the molten resin.</p> |
