<p>In order to wind a strip securely on sheets and further increase holding strength thereof, the strip (3) is wound over at least four surfaces, one surface (1a) of a sheet stack (1), the edge (1c) of the sheet stack (1), the other surface (1b), and the hole edge surface (2a), by bonding a portion of the strip to the one surface (1a) of the sheet stack (1) and inserting the free end of the strip (3) in the hole (2) of the sheet stack (1) using a winding hook (41). A pressing member (71) for pressing the sheet stack (1) when winding the strip (3) onto the sheet stack (1) can also be provided. A pressing part (75) is provided at a position that does not overlap with the movable portion of the winding hook (41).</p> |
