Provided is an apparatus of manufacturing Chinese noodle, comprising: a material supply unit installed at a body frame to supply source solution necessary for manufacturing Chinese noodle in constant quantity under constant temperature; a product molding unit which is installed at an portion adjacent to one side of the body frame to mold the source solution supplied from the material supply unit; and a control unit which controls the relation between operations of the material supply unit and of the product molding unit, thereby enabling easier mass production of Chinese noodle through implementation of an automated process system. |
