An asphalt composition that comprises a) asphalt; b) ethylene polymers; c) polyphosphoric acid and d) fatty di amines used for preparing asphalt mixtures for paving at temperatures lower than the temperatures used in hot asphalt mixtures. The invention also provides a method for obtaining the same composition and use thereof.
