PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of improving photoelectric conversion efficiency and further simplifying a manufacturing method and also provide a method for manufacturing the solar cell module.SOLUTION: A solar cell module includes: a first solar cell; a second solar cell; and an interconnector for electrically connecting the first solar cell with the second solar cell. The first solar cell and the second solar cell each include: a plurality of first electrodes formed on a back surface of a semiconductor substrate, a plurality of second electrodes which are formed in parallel with the plurality of first electrodes on the back surface of the semiconductor substrate; a first auxiliary electrode connected to the plurality of first electrodes; and a second auxiliary electrode connected to the plurality of second electrodes. A method for manufacturing a solar cell module includes: a cell forming step of forming a first solar cell and a second solar cell, each having a first auxiliary electrode and a second auxiliary electrode which are formed in parallel with each other on a back surface of a semiconductor substrate on which a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes are disposed in parallel with each other; a cell string forming step of connecting the first auxiliary electrode of the first solar cell with the second auxiliary electrode of the second solar cell via an interconnector; a step of disposing a cell string on a front glass substrate; and a step of disposing a back sheet on the cell string. |
