PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure capable of ensuring rigidity in a connection portion between a resin member containing a resin material and a metal member for fastening, and capable of effectively suppressing or preventing damages of a fastened member in manufacturing.SOLUTION: In a fastening structure 10, a resin member 14 containing a resin material is attached to a metal member 16 for fastening with an adhesion layer 18. In the resin member 14, an open hole 14H for attachment having a tapered inner wall surface 14T is provided. The member 16 for fastening includes a collar part 16C and a flange part 16F. The collar part 16C includes a tapered outer wall surface 16T contacting with the tapered inner wall surface 14T. |
