PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress, with a simple configuration, a protective cover 10 from being detached from an apparatus body 69 in association with the completion of the attachment of a process cartridge 30.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes an urging part 71 that can urge a process cartridge 30. When the process cartridge 30 is attached to an apparatus body 69, the urging part 71 applies an urging force to hold the tip of a protective cover 10 with the apparatus body 69 and process cartridge 30. With this configuration, the protective cover 10 can be suppressed from being detached from the apparatus body 69 in association with the completion of the attachment of the process cartridge 30. |
