PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam combiner 100 for improving irradiation performance while ensuring high energy density and high power density.SOLUTION: A laser beam combiner 100 includes a plurality of shaping optical units 11 emitting annular laser beams different in a decrement of an outside diameter per unit propagation distance, each shaping optical unit 11 shaping the annular laser beam that decreases in the outside diameter and increases in a ratio of the outside diameter to an inside diameter as the annular beam propagates, and the respective shaping optical units being arranged so that the emitted annular laser beams are concentric. |
