PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an area of a liquid chamber separating gas from liquid without necessity of size increase of a liquid supply section in a scanning direction.SOLUTION: An ink ejection device 4 comprises: a head section 20 having a plurality of kinds of nozzles for ejecting respectively a plurality of kinds of inks; and an ink supply section 21 disposed above the head section 20. The head section 20 has a plurality of supply ports 49 arranged in a scanning direction and supplied with the plurality of kinds of inks, respectively. The ink supply section 21 comprises a plurality of ink chambers 61 for respectively storing the a plurality of kinds of inks, a plurality of connection passages 62 for connecting the respective supply ports 49 and the respective ink chambers 61 for storing the inks supplied to the respective supply ports 49, and a plurality of air discharge passages 65 disposed on the respective ink chambers 61. The plurality of ink chambers 61 are arranged in a transport direction. |
