<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel consumption monitoring system for a vessel which has a simple constitution as much as possible and a high versatility.SOLUTION: Instantaneous fuel consumptions of a main engine and an auxiliary machine are determined by measuring a flow quantity of a fuel by pulse generation type flow meters 3, 5, a secular change and an integrated quantity of a fuel consumption based on a determined value are associated with operation conditions of the main engine and the auxiliary machine, and can be monitored by a display unit 1 provided on a bridge or a steering house. Consequently, condition of consumption of the fuel is grasped, an optimum operation state is maintained and an abnormal increase or decrease of a ratio of an instantaneous fuel consumption to a rotation frequency of the main engine is detected, whereby a trouble can be detected in early stage.</p> |
