<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a part of moving image data with high quality under the circumstance of streaming-transmitting the moving image data.SOLUTION: An imaging part 10 obtains moving image data. A first transmission part 30 streaming-transmits the obtained moving image data. A first reception part 18 receives a first instruction on a timing at which recording of the obtained moving image data should be started. A continuous recording part 32 continuously records the obtained moving image data after receiving the first instruction. A second reception part 20 receives a second instruction on a timing at which the continuous recording of the moving image data should be finished. The second transmission part 38, when received the second instruction, FTP-transmits the recorded moving image data whose continuous recording is finished.</p> |
