摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an organic molecule transistor which can be manufactured on a medium such as a carbon nanotube without controlling an organic molecule in molecular arrangement.SOLUTION: An organic molecule transistor comprises: a grid 10 having openings capable of supporting pieces of carbon nanotube 20; a grid-like electrode 12 opposed to the grid 10; the pieces of carbon nanotube 20 located in a parallel space formed between the grid 10 and the grid-like electrode 12, and having a length longer than the openings formed in the grid 10 and grid-like electrode 12; an electron-excitation material 22 held in gaps in an aggregate of the pieces of carbon nanotube 20; and a gate electrode 14 located in a state of being capacitively coupled with the electron-excitation material 22. The pieces of carbon nanotube 20 and the electron-excitation material 22 are not controlled in molecular arrangement.</p>
