<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate fixture that can be made compact and thin, has no stress concentration on a substrate surface, and also has stable and efficient productivity.SOLUTION: A substrate fixture includes a cradle 2 which is formed of a frame body having a quadrangular outer shape in a plan view and positions a flexible substrate 3 thereupon, and a cover member 4 which is formed of a frame body having a quadrangular outer shape in a plan view, and is fixed by a cover fixation structure part (for example, a cover fixing claw 23) with the flexible substrate 3 sandwiched thereunder with the cradle 2. A top surface and a reverse surface of the flexible substrate 3 arranged between the cradle 2 and cover member 4 are both exposed to the outside through center space parts of the frame bodies of the cradle 2 and cover member 4.</p> |
