<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensing system that enables suppression of fabrication costs by facilitating designing for each function of a plurality of elements, and enables suppression of a characteristic variation of each element.SOLUTION: A sensing system is composed of a plurality of sensor units 100, and each sensor unit 100 has a delay element 2 and a sensor element 3 arranged as a separate element. A radio signal 8 received by an antenna 7 is input to the delay element 2 to generate a surface acoustic wave, and is input to the sensor element 3 after a prescribed delay time. The sensor element 3 generates the surface acoustic wave in response to an input signal, and outputs a resulting signal subjected to sensing to the delay element 2. After the prescribed delay time, the resulting signal is transmitted again to the antenna 7 by the delay element 2, and is output as a response signal 9.</p> |
