PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition capable of forming a conductor having a high conductivity and having an excellent water resistance, and to provide a conductor, and a laminate incorporating the same.SOLUTION: A conductive composition comprises a conductive polymer (A) having an acidic group, and a basic compound (B), in which the solubility of the basic compound (B) into water at 20°C is 1% or less. Also a conductive composition is provided in which the basic compound (B) is a basic compound (B-1) having a conjugated structure. And a conductive composition further comprises a water-soluble polymer (C) other than the conductive polymer (A) having an acidic group.
