<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively manufacture a bilayer member by using a couple of molds. <P>SOLUTION: A raw resin is injected into a first cavity defined between a first mold having a recessed groove matched with a projection 34 of a base material 32, and a second mold so that the base material 32 is formed. The first mold performs first core-back from the second mold so that a part of the projection 34 may be inserted into the recessed groove to keep a state that the recessed groove is plugged by the projection 34. A raw foam resin is injected into a second cavity defined between the base material 32 and the first mold, and the first mold performs second core-back from the second mold so that a raw foam resin is foam-expanded to form a foamed body 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
