<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide epoch-making novel counter measures against noise on a display screen corresponding to an operating clock frequency of a switching power source. <P>SOLUTION: A microcomputer 14 is provided which outputs to a power supply circuit 11 a clock signal for determining an operating clock frequency of the power supply circuit 11.
