A METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING A REINFORCED EARTH STRUCTURE

A reinforced earth structure has been clad with a wall (6) that contains several rows of coupling elements (1). The coupling elements (1) contain a part (1a) that sticks into the wall and that is coupled to the reinforcement (8) of the wall (6) and they contain a part (1b) that protrudes from the wall and that has a further opening (2), with the further openings (2) of a row of coupling elements (1) forming one line. An elongated element (9) fitted with one or more layers of geotextile (10), with layers of earth (11, 11a) extending between the layers of geotextile has been installed in the further openings (2) of the row of coupling elements (1).
