Disclosed are a device and a method to manufacture a fine powder by spraying mixed gas. A melting chamber supplies a source solution formed by melting source materials; and a mixed gas spraying device sprays mixed gas wherein gas and solid powder are mixed to the source solution supplied from a melting chamber, forming a source powder therethrough. A receiving chamber is formed under the melting chamber to receive the source powder; and a screen is formed under the receiving chamber to filter the source powder with a larger size than a predetermined size among the source powder. A collection chamber is formed under the screen to collect the fine source powder passing the screen. Also, a mixed gas spraying chamber in the mixed gas spraying device generates a mixed gas wherein the gas and the solid powder are mixed, spraying the mixed gas to the source solution. Moreover, a gas heating chamber supplies the gas heated in the mixed gas spraying chamber, and a solid powder heating chamber supplies the solid powder heated in the mixed gas spraying chamber. Also, a gas reservoir stores the gas supplied to the gas heating chamber, and a solid powder reservoir stores the solid powder supplied to the metal power heating chamber. |
